No. Zigzag AI works with your existing CCTV. We first check connectivity, angles and image quality for the checks you choose. For spots with no coverage, a Zigzag AI Wi-Fi camera can be added without new wiring.
Where is our footage stored?+
On secure Zigzag AI servers in India. Large hospitals and chains can choose an on-premises setup that keeps everything inside their own network.
What does it cost?+

How do you keep false alerts low?+
Each check is tuned on your own camera views, thresholds and schedules, and reviewed with your team before it goes live across the hospital.

Every alert is stored with a time stamp, a clip, the owner and how it was closed. Your quality team can use these records as evidence in internal reviews and audits.
How are patient privacy and sensitive areas handled?+
